Fiona McQuinn is an actress, writer and director from Nashville, Tennessee who now resides in the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Immersed in the arts from an early age, she studied piano at the Blair School of Music and later went on to become a professional ballroom dancer. Acting was part of her life growing up but her appearance in Astronaut Wives’ Club in 2015 brought her passion for film into sharp focus.
Since then, Fiona has studied with Jim Gleason’s Working Actor’s Studio, the Arvold Warner Studios, James DuMont and was awarded a scholarship for the NYU Film and TV Industry program.
She can be seen in supporting roles in feature films such as Hallowed Be Thy Name, Worked to Death and Royal Jelly as well as lead roles in several short films. She has also appeared in various TV series including Roots, Astronaut Wives Club and Underground.
Fiona has been focusing on writing/directing since 2019. She has directed feature films, short films and music videos.
In 2023, Fiona, along with her two filmmaking partners Michael Anglin and Paul Tuger, launched Tri-Legacy Films where she serves as president. Tri-Legacy Films is committed to quality film production and compelling story-telling across genres.
When not filming, she dedicates her time to teaching acting and filmmaking to kids ages 8-17 through her Wolf Pack Film Group. Their first professional short film, Earth Beneath Me, released in summer 2024 and is currently on the festival circuit.
